My name is Yvo Manuel Vas Dias I am transman and buddhist, my teachers are Chogyam Trungpa Rinpoche, Sakyong Mipham Rinpoche and Ringu Tulku Rinpoche. Many years a go i did my Refuge Vow with Pema Chodron and my Bodhisattva Vow with Sakyong Mipham Rinpoche.
For more then 25 years I am a buddhist and a member of the Shambhala Community. Ringu Tulku Rinpoche is my rootguru who helpt and support me during my transition. The dharma is very precious for me.
